Today, our organization celebrates its 90th anniversary – 90 years since the idea of international friendship between tourism professionals grew - as I reflect over the importance of this historic day, I can’t but think back to the personal moments and satisfactions I have personally experienced since my first World Congress in Budapest, Hungary.

Today, on this very special day, I invite each one of you to reflect on what Skål International has brought to us, and what we have contributed to the organization over the years.

The friendships, moments and times spent with some of you are part of my life and will always be – these memories are invaluable and will be cherished. Today, I look forward to 90 more years of building more of these moments, identifying opportunities to do business with you and growing our organization to another level.

Participating, getting involved and coming together with fellow Skålleagues across the globe is key to the future of our growth and strength.
